Chef Daniel Ubeda started in the dining room and kitchen at the bottom of the ladder. He quickly climbed the ladder to manage a bar-brasserie in Saintes-Maries, then he put his talent to use in an establishment in Montpellier. Subsequently, he worked in the greatest restaurants, to learn from the most talented chefs. Since 2013, he has been the owner of Farniente Plage.
